Please bring the following items if your last name begins with the letters:
(A - I) Two 2-liters of pop (Coke & Pepsi products only)
(J - R) Side Dishes (dips, casseroles, etc)
(S - Z) Desserts (cookies, brownies, cakes)

Trophies and pictures will be handed out to the children during the evening's events.

All cheerleaders must bring clean vest, skirt and rain jacket to your
scheduled banquet for uniform turn-in. Failure to do so may result in
a deduction in points for next year's tryout score.

All football players must have equipment turned into Paul Ivy prior
to banquet to receive trophy and photos.
